Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses strong communication skills, and is passionate about pursuing a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Support employee relations efforts by responding to inquiries, maintaining employee records, and assisting with performance management processes.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and policy development.


Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
