Job description
- Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining credible relationships with clients at appropriate levels through reliable, and proactive service delivery.
- Represent Lendo as the relationship point person for institutional customers in order to address concerns/ queries of customers.
- Maintain adequate contact with assigned customers in order to ensure their expectations are managed and they have an appropriate understanding of Lendo's products and services.
- Ensure adherence to compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with customers in order to carry out compliant transactions.
- Assist in operational tasks such as preparing credit files, gathering and checking documents, and processing loan requests.
- Monitor credit facilities of assigned customer portfolios in order to ensure that renewals, extensions, and cancellations are initiated and processed before the expiry date.
- Participate in cross-functional activities in order to help promote and nurture collective responsibility for the bigger objectives of Lendo.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of Lendo's products and services.
- Prepare timely and accurate statements and reports to meet operational / business requirements, policies, and standards
Job requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or a similar field.
Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of credit/financial/market analysis skills. - Ability to read & understand Financial Statements.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Products and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient Planning & Organizing skills
